New to Grow
Hi there, I'm Jessica! I am an independent licensed social worker with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Ursuline College and my Master of Social Science degree from Case Western Reserve University. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience. I provide a safe space for adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, stress, post-partum depression and major life transitions such as career changes and divorce. I utilize an integrative, holistic approach that blends evidence-based CBT with mindfulness techniques and self-compassion practices, helping clients move from self-criticism to self-acceptance.
I understand that selecting a therapist is a challenging process. I am committed to making this a partnership built on safety and comfort and together we’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support and guide you throughout your journey. Our initial session is a dedicated space to assess your unique needs, clarify your goals, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
Healing starts when you have a space where you feel truly heard without judgment. Through my own personal journey I've learned that life can get pretty "heavy" and that seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-awareness. No matter how stuck you feel right now, there is a way through and a light at the end of every tunnel.
My practice focuses on supporting adults (18+) and couples through life's challenges and is tailored to the specific developmental and emotional needs of adults. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I provide a dedicated space where you can feel truly safe, supported, and validated. Together, we’ll work through whatever you’re facing at a pace that feels right for you.

I use CBT interventions in therapy to help you recognize the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together we will look at patterns in your thinking and find practical ways to help you feel more in control of your emotions.
Motivational Interviewing
It's normal to feel uncertain about change. I believe in using a collaborative and person-centered approach in therapy. I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to assess readiness for change and empower you to discover your own reasons for transformation.
