Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I'm Caron (pronounced just like 'Karen', and I bring a lifetime of diverse experiences to my work as a counselor. Having lived through many of life’s transitions myself, I understand that growth often comes from challenge and change. My perspective as an older adult allows me to connect with clients from all walks of life with authenticity, patience, and empathy.
Over the years, I’ve learned that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a personal journey. I draw on my own lived experiences, professional training, and genuine curiosity about people to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. Whether someone is facing anxiety, addiction, grief, or life transitions, I help them discover their inner strengths and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
My goal is to empower clients to recognize that it’s never too late to grow, to heal, and to live with greater self-acceptance and purpose.

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. In order to make changes in your life, you have to be willing to put in the effort. It is my goal to make my clients feel comfortable and safe because this is where you are going to get the most change and progress. Coming to counseling is a very personal step. One that you should feel hopeful about. Many clients say they are nervous about their first session. To combat those feelings, I assure you that I will listen, provide a space for you to process your feelings, explore your thoughts and behaviors and provide strategies and techniques to help reach your goals. With no judgement.
I seek to provide culturally competent counseling to all individuals. I will be walking with you as you process life situations and how they have affected you. I have experience working with individuals, children, families, couples, and groups in a number of settings.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Ordained Minister and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety and/or psychological trauma, I want to help you.
I have experience in many areas. I do NOT work with children under 18 at this time and I do NOT do couples counseling. Currently, I work with adults. I also run a Christian nonprofit for those without insurance. (Ask about this if you don't have insurance or have a low income.)
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Ohio. I have worked with various populations that range from children to older adults. As a social worker, I want to focus on meeting my clients where they are and become a supportive person.
My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, creating a safe space for healing and growth.
I want you to unlock your true potential and embrace a mindset of positivity and resilience. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and empower you to thrive.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, I am a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path toward healing and personal growth. I believe that each person brings their own unique strengths to therapy, and I use a strengths-based approach to help clients build on what’s already working while gently addressing the areas where they may feel stuck or overwhelmed.
My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with compassion. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe being themselves—whether they are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or working through relationship challenges.
Over the years, I’ve found that no single approach fits every person or situation. That’s why I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the individual needs and goals of each client. My integrative style allows me to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, whether they’re seeking short-term support or longer-term work.
Above all, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to foster a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes and create the lives they want for themselves and their loved ones.

Reaching out for help isn’t easy, so I want to start by acknowledging the strength it takes to take that first step. Life affects us all in challenging and positive ways. We connect on similarities and grow when differences are present. Acceptance, care, empathy, and genuineness are values I hold dear in life and in the therapy experience. I love having the opportunity to journey with others through life's beauty and valleys. Outside of the therapy world, I love spending time in nature, with animals, friends, and family! I enjoy reading, working out, and the opportunities life has to offer! Feel free to ask anything you would like to know!
Maybe you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted underneath. You might be navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or OCD, dealing with relationship stress, or coping with a medical experience that has taken up far more space in your life than you ever expected. Therapy can help you make sense of what you're experiencing, feel more grounded, and find a way forward that works for you.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods—I’m engaged, I ask questions, and we’ll actually talk things through together. We can laugh when things are funny, sit with the hard stuff when they’re not, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, endometriosis, and other medical experiences. These experiences can affect your relationships, work, identity, body image, and how you see your future. Therapy can be a place to talk about all of it.

Specialized First Responder & Public Safety Care:
As an independently licensed LPCC with specialized training in First Responder Peer Support, I understand the unique organizational culture, rotating shift demands, and intense privacy concerns of law enforcement, fire, EMS, and emergency personnel. Rather than utilizing open-ended talk therapy, I offer a structured, neurobiologically grounded approach to treating cumulative occupational trauma, hyper-vigilance, and burnout. We work to safely manage and resolve the stress of the job without requiring you to endlessly over-verbalize old calls, maintaining absolute discretion and flexible scheduling tailored to public safety professionals.
I am a compassionate therapist who creates a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My experience as a first responder for children in crisis strengthened my ability to remain calm and grounded in high‑stress situations. The support I found brought solace and healing, and eventually opened doors that led to becoming a therapist. It is such a meaningful experience to reach those who are now where I once was. Over the years I had opportunities to work in many settings, including medical and mental health hospitals, intensive outpatient, and residential addiction treatment centers, and now private practice.

With a commitment to adaptability and care, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing.
"My greatest strength is cultivating an atmosphere of deep safety, authenticity, and genuine connection where clients feel fully seen, understood, and unjudged. Clinically, I integrate evidence-based frameworks—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—with specialized Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process deep-seated trauma at its root. Furthermore, my specialized training as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate enables me to apply a rigorous, systematic framework to unravel complex behavioral patterns and addiction, offering clients both an empathetic space and a clear, structured roadmap for sustainable recovery."

Hi, I’m Raven. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Ohio. I work with teens and adults, especially college students and young adults, who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep it all together.
These concerns are personal to me, too. I’ve experienced anxiety, ADHD, and perfectionism, and I know what it’s like to place high expectations on yourself, work hard to do well, and still question whether you’re good enough. I also know what it’s like to struggle on the inside while keeping it together on the outside, so other people don’t realize how much you’re carrying.
Your experience may look different from mine, and I want to get to know your story. Maybe you replay conversations, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, or have a hard time giving yourself credit for anything. Maybe you’re tired of being so hard on yourself but aren’t sure how to stop.
My style is warm, supportive, and honest. I’ll listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and gently challenge you when it could help. Together, we’ll find ways to manage what feels difficult, build confidence, and make changes that fit your life.
You don’t have to impress me or have the right words. Come as you are—we’ll figure out where to start together.
I would love to take this next step in your journey with you and support and encourage you along the way!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for over 10 years. I graduated from Indiana University with my Masters in 2013. I work with my clients on addressing their individual needs as well as equipping them with the tools (skills) they need to be successful. I enjoy learning what motivates my clients so that we can collaborate together to set realistic goals and I am transparent with my clients and work together as a team. I strive to provide a safe and encouraging space for my clients to work toward growth and healing.
I work with adults age 20 and over, and people often describe me as accepting, empathetic, and real — with a sense of humor that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My approach blends humor, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns (like cognitive distortions) and promote self-acceptance. Whether you’re hoping to manage stress, improve relationships, or reconnect with your sense of worth, I offer a safe, affirming space to do meaningful work — and maybe even share a laugh along the way.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If something here resonates with you, send me a message — I’d be happy to talk about how we can work together.
I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, health concerns, difficult past experiences, or a major change in your life. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and practical rather than clinical or cold. I offer a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what you are going through without judgment. Together, we can look at what is weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that support you in daily life. If you are feeling stuck, tired, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you take the next step.
Our first session is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.
I work with adults in Ohio, Arizona, and Nevada who may look like they are managing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, health concerns, life changes, relationship challenges, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth, depth, and clarity to individual therapy. I blend evidence-based approaches with flexibility to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem, mood disorders, grief, health/medical issues, trauma/PTSD, and complex relationships—especially when high-conflict dynamics or emotional confusion are involved. Together, we create a collaborative space to understand patterns, build insight, and foster lasting, meaningful change. Don't keep suffering, schedule a session today.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.

Whether the client is an individual or a couple, whether dealing with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression, I have learned that humans want a better life and will work to get there. This brings such respect, sensitivity, and compassion to each person as your journey is like no other. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I will do my all to assist with you taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I do work with clients here in a talking/coaching style.
I am a certified life coach as well and I will use my skills to assist you in any way, however, behind every conversation and response is a clinical therapeutic heartful approach.

I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 11 years of experience. I offer virtual therapy to adults across Ohio, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your own space. I work with people facing anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, and big life changes like becoming a parent, moving, or retiring. I also hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, and I’m glad to support you through pregnancy and postpartum.
My practice is a calm, judgment-free space where you can say what’s really on your mind, even if you’re not sure how to put it into words yet. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. We’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
