Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with children, families, and adults. Throughout my career, I have discovered a particular passion for helping adults navigate life's challenges, including relationship concerns, career transitions, marital issues, stress management, and personal growth. I have received specialized training and certifications in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Together, we will work to identify obstacles, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.
Whether you're new to therapy or returning after some time away, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing yourself without judgment. Our first session is also an opportunity for you to get to know me and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. While we won't be able to address every concern in a single session, my goal is to gain an understanding of what feels most important to you and begin developing a plan for how we can move forward together.
My strengths as a therapist includes building strong therapeutic relationships, creating a safe and supportive environment, listening deeply, and helping clients gain insight into patterns that affect their well-being. I combine empathy with thoughtful challenge, tailor my approach to each individual's needs, and focus on helping clients recognize their strengths while working toward meaningful change.
I feel that I work best with adults who have found themselves struggling in a personal or professional situation and need someone to listen and help them navigate and make the best decision for themselves. I like to provide individuals therapy tools they can use whenever the need arises.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have over 15 years experience using this treatment approach with adolescents and adult clients. The use of CBT is an effective way in treating many mental health issues and helping clients problem-solve their concerns with the support of a therapist.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Oftentimes, come into therapy to address a particular situation and do not have much time to resolve an issue. Using BSFT has been beneficial to clients who have been diagnosed with Adjustment Disorder, which is an excessive reaction to stress that involves negative thoughts, strong emotions and changes in behavior.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I was trained in Trauma Focused CBT to help individuals impacted by trauma and used this modality on children and adolescents to address traumatic events they experienced in the past. It was very effective in helping my clients with traumatic experiences and had a step-by-step guide to use. I found it helpful in keeping the client on track and able to address their experiences and cope with them.

I was honestly a little nervous going into therapy at first, but after reading about her areas of expertise, I decided to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did. She has such a laid-back and genuine presence that made the whole experience feel comfortable right away. Her reassurance helped ease my anxiety, and I never felt judged. The vibe felt natural and real, which made it easier to open up. I’m very happy I chose her and would definitely recommend her to others.
