Hi there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their most empowered selves. I specialize in working with adults experiencing ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and women’s issues, including identity, life transitions, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're managing the weight of daily stressors, navigating complex emotional patterns, or feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, I provide a warm, collaborative space where your experiences are heard and validated. Together, we’ll explore the root of what’s holding you back and work toward practical, personalized strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to support you in rediscovering your voice, setting healthy boundaries, and prioritizing your well-being without guilt. Therapy is not just about coping — it's about thriving. Let’s take the journey together — to heal, to grow, and to put you back at the center of your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, you'll be welcomed into a safe, non-judgmental space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll start by exploring what brought you to therapy, discussing the challenges you're currently facing, and identifying any goals or concerns you have. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. ogether, we’ll begin to uncover patterns, explore your strengths, and identify areas where you’d like to see change. By the end of the session, we’ll work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. My aim is to ensure you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clear sense of direction for our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I bring deep empathy into each session, meeting clients where they are while gently guiding them toward growth and healing. My approach is collaborative and empowering—I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I tailor our work together to support your unique journey, helping you move toward self-efficacy at a pace that feels right for you. I specialize in helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance by teaching practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Whether we are working through long-standing challenges or current life stressors, my focus is always on helping you unlock your full potential and reconnect with the life you truly want to live. Together, we’ll cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a greater sense of well-being. It’s time to take the steps toward the life you desire—and I’m here to walk with you on that journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individuals who are ready to invest in themselves and make meaningful lifestyle changes. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by life stressors, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to support you with compassionate guidance and practical tools. My ideal clients are motivated (or at least open) to doing the inner work—whether that means improving emotional regulation, building healthier habits, or creating boundaries that honor their values. Together, we’ll create a clear path forward to help you reach your personal goals and feel more empowered in your daily life.
