(she/her)
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. I specialize in navigating burnout, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are and support you in meeting your goals. Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded and empowered. I use CBT to teach people to challenge your negative thought patterns and change their responses. It is an effective therapy for many mental health conditions as well as managing difficult life experiences.
The first session will be getting to know one another through an assessment so that I understand your background and current dynamics and goal setting.
I have many years of experience in a multitude of different roles. I am non-judgmental, authentic, and empathetic. I want to assist you in meeting your goals.
My ideal client who is ready to do the work. I'm here to support you in building resilience and self-acceptance.
