I am also trained in assessing and diagnosing adult ASD and ADHD, and I understand the importance of accurate identification to inform effective treatment.
I am deeply passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and understanding the unique challenges they face, such as low self-esteem, mood regulation difficulties, relationship struggles, loneliness, stress, executive dysfunction, and rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD). I strive to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can explore these challenges and develop strategies for growth and healing.
In addition, I have extensive experience working in hospice care, which has given me valuable insight into the complex emotions surrounding grief, loss, and mourning. I also specialize in supporting clients through grief, narcissistic abuse and healing, as well as processing trauma. You've read the books. You have endlessly analyzed your sun, moon, and rising signs. Maybe you have even tried therapy before. And yet something still feels stuck, like there is a layer underneath the thinking that no amount of insight seems to reach.

The onset of my career began with helping children and families within a community mental health setting as well as those involved in the child welfare system. My clients have a wide range of concerns including: Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I've also worked with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse.
I believe in a humanistic, person-centered, cognitive behavioral approach to therapy where the focus is on helping clients develop a stronger sense of self within a non-judgmental therapeutic setting. I am a proponent in addressing factors that contribute to the healing of the spirit, mind and body.
I am happy that you have taken the first step in your healing process and I look forward to working with you.
I utilize a positive theoretical orientation which assumes that all individuals possess an innate desire for well-balanced emotional/mental health. I believe a person enters therapy with a strong wish, whether conscious or unconscious, to overcome obstacles and free themselves from constraints that are holding them back. I find that everyone needs a slightly different approach to accomplish these goals, so I adjust in technique for each specific challenge. I truly enjoy the experience of guiding my clients through this process and consider it a privilege to play such an important role in a person's life.
“Crying does not indicate that you are weak. Since birth, it has always been a sign that you are alive.”

I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.

Hello and welcome.
Entering therapy is not always easy, but an important step towards change.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process that both my clients and I work on as a team. Trust, empathy, experience, and education are key components to successful treatment that produces long term sustainable results.
I hold a B.S. in psychology with an emphasis in law and criminal behavior, a M.S. in clinical psychology, and a Psy. D. I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in California and in Arizona.
My training and experience in forensic, hospital, inpatient, and private practice settings allows for a wide range of therapeutic experiences that allows for a wide range of treatment interventions with my clients.
I am CBT (cognitive- behavioral) and DBT(dialectical- behavioral), and ACT ( Acceptance and Commitment) trained. I believe in evidence based treatments that will provide long term change.
I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in California and in Arizona.
I have been in practice for over 15 years with my practice focusing on Addiction, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and PTSD.
Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives.
I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships.
Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.
Hola, as a bilingual Spanish-English-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide culturally responsive care and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
My work focuses on supporting clients who are navigating generational and intergenerational trauma, the experiences of first-generation individuals and families, family conflict, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences on present-day relationships and emotional well-being.
With a grounded and genuine approach, I meet clients where they are and empower them to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, develop healthier patterns, and reconnect with their own resilience. I recognize that each person’s story is shaped by their culture, family experiences, and personal journey, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support and create change.
Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted—not because they're weak, but because they've spent years taking care of everyone else while losing touch with themselves. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, family stress, or repeating the same painful patterns, therapy can help you understand not only what is happening, but why it keeps happening. With more than 20 years of experience, I help adults gain clarity, recognize the patterns influencing their lives, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe insight is important, but lasting change happens when insight is paired with meaningful action. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, identify what's keeping you stuck, and develop skills that help you move forward with greater confidence, stronger boundaries, and relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
If you are a Millennial or Gen Z woman, you've probably become quite skilled at ignoring or explaining away your own needs so that others can feel more comfortable. On the outside you look like you are doing fine, but inside loneliness, uncertainty, and self-doubt tell a different story. I specialize in clients who are tired of surviving in silence and are ready to start living. Together we will explore past and present experiences to deepen your self-understanding and nurture healing.
Thank you for visiting my page. Deciding to embark on the path of healing can be challenging, and I applaud you for taking the first step. I work with adults seeking to address concerns regarding relationships, self-worth, and fear of commitment. I offer a safe and supportive space for exploring these complex issues. My goal is to help you develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief, traumatic experiences, depression, or relationship issues, I am here to help you create a more fulfilling life. I invite you to reach out.

If you're dealing with depression or anxiety, or situations in your life that you're not happy with, first of all, you're not alone. Lots of people are dealing with hard times now, and it's affecting how lots of us feel, work, and engage with our relationships.
But you should know that most problems can be dealt with effectively -- sometimes all we need is a little help.
I'm good at providing that kind of help.
I usually work with clients on core issues, foundations of well-being, like self esteem, codependency, self assertion, and also, how do they do with relationships? What's going on with work? Are there family issues? Is there solid self esteem there?
Most of my clients come in feeling very uncertain about what their next steps are, and most often, they tell me that feelings of sadness, or worry, are definitely in their way.
I've been helping people heal and grow for over 20 years, and what I hear back from clients is that I'm honest, smart, kind, and that I don't waste their time. The work we do together is not just about soothing and comforting, but also, and more directly about problem solving: if you're unhappy, what do you need in order for that to change? And what are all your needs, anyway? Are you even sure of how you need your life to be?
I'd like to help you find the answers to those questions.
And if you're in a relationship, getting over one, or hoping to find a new one, I do a lot of work with people who are dealing with that, too.
I hope I can help you feel better, and get your needs met in life. Because there's nothing that matters more.
Are you in your late 30s or 40s feeling overwhelmed by work, parenting or life changes?
I am a psychotherapist who helps women navigate midlife transitions, manage anxiety, and reclaim confidence and balance. Having personally experienced the challenges of motherhood, demanding career, and divorce, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to our work together.
I integrate EMDR to process past experiences and reduce emotional distress, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to guide you toward a meaningful life, and values-based strategies to clarify what truly matters to you. I also use the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness and understanding relational patterns.
Together, we’ll develop practical strategies for stress management, self-discovery, and creating the life you truly want—whether that means thriving in your career, strengthening relationships, or finding more peace in your everyday life.

I am multilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
My specialties include: anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger, self esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamics, multi-generational issues, transitional issues, racism, etc.
I value the client-therapist relationship. It is an honor I am being invited and potentially included in this part of your journey!
I regard the client-therapist relationship as a partnership. As a therapist, my goal is to empower you in overcoming barriers in order for you to pursue the life you deserve. This process also entails enhancing your self awareness, i. e., your needs, your values as well as your ego strengths, etc. It includes acquiring new, healthy coping skills to reclaim the life you are meant to live. Your new life is not just a dream. Know that it’s possible! I’m committed as well as equipped to help you.
It gives me a deep sense of gratification to work with clients who are motivated to move forward. It’s okay if we are not sure what our goals are. Together, we’ll figure it out. I look forward to our meeting!
Welcome! My name is Elana Rezmovitch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel comfortable, understood and able to be yourself. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and personalized to your needs and to help you develop practical strategies for managing a current challenge or simply to have a place to process what you are going through. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, feel more confident in your choices, develop healthier ways of coping and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life.
