Our initial meeting is simply a chance to get to know one another and talk about what brings you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, go over any questions you may have, and begin shaping a plan together that feels aligned with your needs.
