I am a licensed therapist who specializes in short-term, goal-focused therapy for adults and older adults seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful change. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or life transitions and who want a structured, intentional approach to therapy. My 8-10 session model integrates evidence-based practices to help clients better understand patterns, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges in a focused and supportive environment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what you want from therapy. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you in, what’s been challenging, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your concerns, strengths, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck. Together, we’ll clarify whether my structured 8-10 session approach is a good fit for your needs. By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction, an initial plan for our work together, and at least one practical tool or insight you can begin using right away. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to—this session is about building trust, clarity, and momentum.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I am goal-oriented/solution focused and will guide you to solving your problem. I believe with hard work, motivation, and a positive attitude, change can be achieved.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my work is the combination of warmth, structure, and intentionality. I provide focused, short-term therapy designed to create meaningful change within a clear timeframe. Sessions are goal-oriented and practical, while still allowing space for insight and emotional processing. Clients often appreciate leaving sessions with clarity, concrete tools, and a sense of momentum rather than feeling overwhelmed or unsure of next steps. My approach is especially effective for motivated individuals who value direction, accountability, and skills they can continue using long after therapy ends.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to work with motivated adults and older adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain and are ready to make meaningful changes. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or navigating life transitions and want practical tools, clarity, and direction rather than open-ended therapy. This approach works especially well for individuals who value structure, are open to self-reflection, and want to build skills they can continue using independently after therapy.
