Strategic, structural, narrative, and Bowen family systems therapy are evidence based strategies for families. Where as, solution focused, CBT, humanistic, and client centered therapy’s work great for individuals.
I work well with couples, family systems, men’s health, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. However, helping clients identify, challenge, and replace negative coping skills is a passion.
