Hi! My name is Yin. I'm a bilingual (English/Cantonese) licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have over 21 years of clinical experience in mental health. Outside of private practice, I am on staff at Berkeley Mental Health as a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician. I work with a range of mental health issues and day to day issues that everyone experiences for example feeling stuck in life, unfulfillment, guilt, shame, conflicts and anxiety. Many of the clients I see suffer from their depression or anxiety. These are largely manifestations of past trauma, deeper conflicts which have gone unexamined.
Hi I am Alex! As a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my priority is to support individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on understanding the unique experiences of young adults, immigrants, and multicultural communities. I offer compassionate guidance for challenges like anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and interpersonal communication. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help clients explore themes of self-love, purpose, and healing from past experiences. My bilingual practice allows me to connect deeply with diverse communities, creating a supportive environment where individuals can develop resilience, process difficult emotions, and cultivate meaningful personal growth.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.
Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they navigate loss, healing, and the search for themselves again.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a deep passion for human stories — stories of courage, resilience, healing, and change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the therapy space, and I aim to create a relationship that feels welcoming, attuned, and supportive.
I work with thoughtful, motivated, and often creative adults who may appear to have it all together on the outside, but carry a lot beneath the surface. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or burnout, while others come feeling creatively blocked, disconnected from purpose, or unsure of what wants to come next. Some arrive with a quieter sense that something meaningful wants attention — a desire to understand themselves more deeply and feel more present and alive.
Over time, you may begin to notice familiar patterns in how you relate to yourself and the world. These patterns may show up as perfectionism, constant striving, intellectualizing, or people-pleasing — ways of coping that once made sense in earlier family, cultural, or relational environments, but over time can lead to exhaustion, disconnection, or a sense of not fully being yourself.
In therapy, I offer a space to slow down and listen inward. We work at a pace that honors the wisdom of your nervous system, gently exploring patterns while also strengthening your capacity for grounding, connection, and self-trust. Alongside the deeper work, there is room for play, creativity, and moments of wonder — for reconnecting with what brings meaning, pleasure, and aliveness. My hope is to support and empower you in moving toward a more meaningful, authentic, and joyful life.

I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of worry, or impacted by difficult past experiences. I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. I provide a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, process emotions, and work toward meaningful personal growth. I encourage open feedback, aim to help clients get the most from each session, and embrace a team approach to therapy.
As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.
My name is Anita Cabil, and I am an LCSW with over 20 years of experience in outpatient therapy and hospital social work. I hold an MSW from USC and a BA in Psychology from UCLA. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders, women’s health, stress management, and trauma-informed care. While I use CBT, I believe that each individual is unique, so I also incorporate an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to best meet each person's needs. I believe that with the right coping tools, problem-solving strategies, and the support of an experienced therapist, anyone can overcome life's challenges.
Hello there! I’m a therapist who supports children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I offer a collaborative, culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
My work focuses on helping you manage distressing emotions so they don’t feel overwhelming or in control of your life. Together, we build the ability to sit with discomfort, rather than avoid it, while also learning how to slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Many clients come in feeling stuck —I help you create space to not only process difficult emotions, but also to experience joy, calm, and a greater sense of balance.
I support you in developing insight, shifting unhelpful patterns, and building confidence in your ability to navigate challenges. Using an integrative approach that may include mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed practices like EMDR, I tailor our work to what best supports your goals.
Therapy with me is both supportive and practical—you’ll gain tools you can use in your everyday life, while also doing the deeper work that leads to lasting change.

Hi there, I'm Alicia.
Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing.
I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states.
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.
Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be a meaningful and courageous step, and you deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted just as you are.

I enjoy creating a non-judgmental and affirming space for adults with short-term or long-standing mental health and emotional distress. Ideally, enjoying the moment, knowing how to soothe overwhelming feelings, and engaging our sparkling personalities helps us feel alive.
My clients enjoy my approach of exploring practical strategies by using guiding questions. Exploring thoughts and emotional pain benefits from curiosity and compassion. I am also trained in EMDR, which can be supportive in reframing negative belief systems and releasing trauma.

Hello! I am a License Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master of Social Work from California State University Long Beach. I received my BA in Psychology degree from California Stated University Fullerton. I have been practicing mental health counseling for 17 years. I help adolescents, adults and older adults struggling with careers, stress and burnout, traumatic life events, experiencing depression and anxiety to be able to function as normal as they can be.
I have been a social worker since 2006 and decided to start my private practice in the midst of the pandemic as stress levels rose from fear, job changes, financial issues, child/eldercare, relationship issues, racial injustices, air quality, displacement by the wildfires, climate change, the list goes on. I thought it was a crucial time to offer support and will continue to do so.
I help clients work through life's challenges by combining insight, practical tools, and a supportive therapeutic relationship. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's goals, so therapy feels meaningful and effective. Together we will explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop strategies to help navigate life with greater confidence and clarity. If you’re looking for a therapist who will actually listen—who won’t dismiss your concerns or pathologize your pain—you’re in the right place.
Maybe you're wondering if you have ADHD, autism, or anxiety. Maybe you've been masking for years and don’t know where to start. Maybe you're carrying trauma, grief, or a deep sense that something has always felt a little off. I work with people who’ve spent too long feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or minimized—and are ready for something different.
You don’t need a perfect narrative. You don’t need to show up polished. You don’t even need to be sure what you need yet.
With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with neurodivergent and emotionally complex clients—including first responders, trauma survivors, and members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I have a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, and I’m currently completing a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. I combine clinical insight with curiosity, humor, and a belief in your capacity to grow—even if it’s messy.
Hi, I’m George.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University—but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more in control of their lives.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2017, and my journey has taken me through a wide range of settings—from private practice to Full Service Partnership (FSP), Assertive Outreach Team (AOT), transitional housing, and community health clinics. Each space has shaped the way I show up as a therapist: grounded, compassionate, and always focused on meeting people where they’re at.
I bring clinical experience, sure-but I also bring a very human approach. Therapy with me isn't about hierarchy or diagnoses. It's collaborative space where you can talk about the hard stuff without judgement, explore what's working (and what's not), and start building a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
In my personal time, I enjoy walking my dog, engaging in video games with my stepson, and immersing myself in the world of sports. Additionally, I am an enthusiastic fan of Lego, Star Wars, and Disney. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you on your journey toward positive change.
