I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals in their mental health journey. My work focuses primarily on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I often work with individuals experiencing burnout, major life transitions, relationship stress, work-related stress, and patterns of overthinking that can make daily life feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and begin making meaningful changes.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Together, we will explore patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or low mood while also developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively. My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up as you are. I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine respect for each person’s story, while helping clients work toward greater clarity, healing, and growth. My approach is collaborative and personalized, with care that honors your experiences, values, and the unique path that has shaped who you are.
I’m a 30 yr old who loves staying active...whether that’s going on runs, getting outside for hikes, or spending time at home with my cat. I love to be someone who can motivate others and serve as a strong, steady anchor during difficult times. I bring that same grounded, real-life energy into my work, creating a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to show up in. Through my own life experiences, I’ve learned how to cope with challenging transitions and navigate relationship struggles, which allows me to show up in a genuine and grounded way with my clients.
I’m passionate about helping young women navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start, just showing up is enough. Together, we focus on building self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned in your life and relationships.
I think of therapy as part detective work, part puzzle: laying out the pieces of a life and tracing the threads between things that never seemed connected until you see them side by side. I believe a good clinician is a moldable one, someone who adapts to the person in front of them rather than fitting people into a fixed approach. My work is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on yourself. Together, we explore the patterns, stories, and relational blueprints that shaped how you see yourself and the world, and we work to rewrite the ones that no longer serve you.
I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, and I am proudly affirming of the LGBTQIA+, kink, and BDSM communities. I specialize in trauma, identity, depression, anxiety, relationships, and sexual health, and I bring the same nonjudgmental, culturally humble approach to every client I see. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to bring spirituality into their healing.
Whether you arrive ready to dive in or full of resistance, I'll meet you where you are. I am bilingual and bicultural, and I welcome clients who move between both languages and worlds.

Emotions are the language of energy. In this language, there are critical messages to be understood. Emotions communicate what your needs are. Your mind translates this information so that needs can be met. Sometimes, it feels unsafe to acknowledge your emotions so the intellect, instead, pushes emotions down. With emotions silenced, you become deprived of connection to yourself, to others and needs go unmet. In this deprivation, you also lose authenticity. The call to acknowledgement returns, again and again, louder and louder.
We can collaborate together to learn this language and to recover the gold of your authentic self. Its already there, where it has always been. Who you really are is full of potential, courageous, confident and quite worthy of connection. When you know this, there is an energy that arises as well. A motivation for action.
Wherever you are at on this journey, is where I want to meet you. What a victory that you have already taken the brave step of searching for a therapist. Celebrate that. Perhaps the next movement is to reach out. We can explore next incremental steps from there.

Hello, I'm Dr. Scheherazade Pheng, a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping adults across California. My work has been at the intersection of mental health, the criminal justice system, and the families whose lives are deeply affected by it.
One of the things that matters most to me is making quality mental health care accessible. I welcome clients with a variety of insurance plans because I believe the support you receive should never depend on the insurance card you carry.
Throughout my career, I have learned two important truths. When one person enters the criminal justice system, an entire family is impacted. Parents, spouses, grandparents, and children often carry overwhelming stress, grief, fear, and uncertainty while trying to keep moving forward. I have also seen that many communities near California's prisons and detention facilities have limited access to mental health care, despite having a tremendous need for support.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, shame, or the emotional challenges of loving someone who is incarcerated, you will find a compassionate and judgment-free space in my practice. Together, we'll work toward healing, greater clarity, and renewed hope. You deserve support just as much as the people you care about, and I'm here to help when you're ready. Dr. Pheng is also the author of The Other Side of the Wall: A Healing Guide for Families of Incarcerated Loved Ones, available at thriveinstitutefbh.com.

I provide individualized, supportive, and confidential mental health services, including secure telehealth, while helping clients develop practical strategies to strengthen their mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Great to meet you! My name is Rachel Gonzales, I am a licensed clinical social worker. My goal as your therapist will be to help you navigate painful thoughts and emotions while staying connected to your values. Our values are how we want to show up in life. If you're in your 40s or 50s and feel like you no longer recognize yourself, you're not imagining it. Anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, a shorter fuse, brain fog, poor sleep, low mood, and feeling like you've lost your spark are all common in perimenopause and menopause. Too often, women are told it's "just stress" or that they should push through.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience and a Certified Menopause Coach. I specialize in working with women in midlife who are navigating the emotional and mental health side of this transition, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms that often surface or intensify during these years.
In our work together, you'll have a space where your experience is taken seriously. I'll help you understand what's happening, build practical tools for managing mood, stress, and focus, and reconnect with who you are and what you want from this next chapter. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you.
Midlife can be more than something to get through. With the right support, it can be a time of clarity, confidence, and renewal. I'd be honored to help you thrive in it.

While I'll occasionally use humor and lightness in sessions, I take the work I do and the impact I have on clients with utmost seriousness. I’m constantly evaluating my work and am not afraid to acknowledge when I may have made a mistake and work hard to figure out how to correct it and learn from it. I strive to bring openness, authenticity, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship and to meet each client where they are.

I am a born and bred L.A native. Born into a family where there was so much intergenerational patterns that were passed. As I placed my faith in God and I allowed him to heal me and show me my true identity in him I was able to experience life changing breakthrough. My hope is to help anyone who is seeking to incorporate faith, regardless of where you are in your walk with God (committed or questioning). God met me at my lowest, showed me his love and compassion that truly changed me for the better. I hope to show others how God is the ultimate healer of the mind, body, soul and spirit. Hi! I’m Dr. Kelly Horton, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people reach their goals related to greater peace, healthier relationships, self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth. My journey into psychology and the field of therapy began with curiosity about the “whys” of human behavior—why people respond the way they do, what helps some people become resilient, and how healing relationships are built after trauma or dysfunction.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward? I work with adults and couples who are seeking greater clarity, connection, improved communication, and emotional balance. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, trauma, or patterns that no longer feel sustainable, therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself and your relationships.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen communication and coping skills, and create a path forward that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful. I’m passionate about helping clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen connection, and break cycles that no longer serve them.
Congratulations, starting the journey towards seeking help is one of the biggest step. My name is Assaf Jaffe and over the past 20 years it has been my privilege to walk alongside client working to make changes. Having trained in Holistic Therapy at Native American Health Center I have tremendous experience with trauma, anxiety, depression and treating addictive disorders.
In these communities I learned the importance of connecting with my clients on a deep interpersonal basis. I also learned that having a variety of effective techniques to reduce symptoms and problems was vitally effective once a solid relation was established.
As a strength based Psychologist, I strongly feel I can engage my client in the aspects of their life that are already most successful and utilize these tools to address their current problems. IF you think solution focused individual, couples or family therapy can benefit you currently, I believe I am the ideal therapist for you.
I provide virtual therapy using an integrated, whole-person approach that focuses not only on navigating difficult periods, but also on maintaining progress, building resilience, and supporting long-term mental wellness. Therapy can be both restorative and preventative, and I work with clients across all stages of that process.
I treat a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, personality-related patterns, and life transitions. My clinical background includes experience with higher-acuity and complex cases—such as forensic populations, individuals in psychiatric settings, and those managing co-occurring mental and medical conditions. While my current practice is fully virtual, I am comfortable addressing difficult or sensitive topics and provide a space where clients can speak openly without hesitation.
My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships and creating a setting where clients feel understood and supported. I recognize that progress is not always linear and work consistently with clients through both setbacks and growth.
I am multilingual and can provide therapy in English, Lithuanian, and conversational Hungarian languages.

Hello,
My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
You're here for a reason. The right fit can change the outcome. Maybe I can help.
Whether it's the same fight on repeat, a habit you can't shake, a loss, or just not feeling like yourself, I invite you to keep reading to learn more about me and my approach.
Maybe your life is working in most of the ways that count—work, relationships, the things you care about—but something keeps getting in the way. The same argument. Anxiety that doesn't match the situation. Shutting down when someone gets close, or blowing up and regretting it later. You might understand exactly what you're doing and still do it anyway. Or maybe something happened, like an affair coming to light, a relationship ending, or losing someone, and the way you've always handled things isn't working anymore.
Therapy with me has direction. We'll know what we're working toward and check in regularly on what's changing and what's still getting in the way. What we work on in session should carry into your life, whether that means noticing a pattern, trying a different response, or having a conversation you've been avoiding.
You'll know you're making progress when you catch a familiar pattern sooner, understand what's happening inside you instead of just reacting, stay steadier in hard conversations, set boundaries and make decisions with less second-guessing, recover from setbacks faster, and handle things on your own that you used to need help with.
Progress doesn't mean you'll never feel anxious, angry, or stuck again. It means you're better at handling it yourself. As that becomes consistent, we'll space sessions out and eventually wrap up. The goal is for you to need me less over time.
