My treatment methods

Eclectic

I have been using an Eclectic approach to therapy for many years. I use strategies and interventions from different modalities to fit each client’s own unique needs. It is a flexible approach to therapy that helps me address each client's wants and needs to help them have a more positive outlook in life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral to help individuals identify and replace negative thoughts and behaviors that impact their emotional health. All our thoughts and behaviors are connected and by changing negative thoughts we can change our behaviors.
