What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the first session I will be getting to know you more. I will be asking questions to find out what is important to you, clarify the goal that you would like to work towards, and understanding the obstacles, successes, and strengths in your life.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
As a provider I am obsessed with your problem and helping you find a practical solution to it. I am not hyper focused on the label of the diagnosis, just how it is affecting your ability to live a content and fulfilled life. Through my direct and comical approach, I often normalize things to help you change perspective so that you will know and understand the power to change starts and ends with you!
