I help US Military Service Members and Veteran's struggling with adjusting to civilian life, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Anger Management skills. The military teaches structure and purpose everyday. You know what you have to do, where you have to be and when you have to be there and going to waking up as a civilian to “what do I do now” can be a struggle. This is where I can help with the transition to civilian life.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then discuss specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Direct, bi-lingual, open minded and judgement free. I'm not here to lie to you and I expect the same from my clients. Being direct and honest with each other will help build a healthy professional therapeutic relationship.
Ideal clients
I love working with Veterans. Veteran population is dear to me and I enjoy the population. Being a Veteran myself I feel helps me connect with Veterans. Adjusting to civilian life is not a transition that can be done easily. Many struggle from the lack of structure and tools needed to engage a healthy stable transition into a new chapter of life. This is where I can help. Learning tools to help manage the change instead of it managing you.

Learn to stop, avoid and struggle with difficult emotions. Instead learning to accept emotions as an approbate response to certain situations and prevent them from impacting your life moving forward.
