As a clinician, I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to promote the overall wellness of my clients. My approach is warm, authentic and yet direct. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel free to express themselves without fear of judgment.

As an experienced clinician, I’ve journeyed with clients to initiate the process of healing and personal growth in a nonjudgmental, supportive and safe space. It is my belief that my clients are the narrators of their life story; my role is to assist my clients to access their strengths to overcome their challenges with anxiety, depression, OCD, prenatal, postpartum, family or relationship conflicts.
