I'll do my best to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. Then, in the sessions that follow, we'll work together to make your goals a reality.

I work with clients who have Bipolar Disorder, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I help them manage their symptoms and develop coping mechanisms. I also work with their families to help them understand the disorder and how they can support their loved one.

I read a few profiles before choosing her. She had kind eyes and a caring spirit. I love her energy. It was important to me that I could laugh and cry without judgement.
