Mindfulness based therapy has helped clients utilize meditation, relaxation, and awareness exercises to focus on the present moment, allowing them to observe their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment, aiming to cultivate a non-reactive approach to daily stressors and situations

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This therapeutic approach helps clients focus on their strengths and resources to create positive change by emphasizing future goals and solutions, rather than dwelling on past problems.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
