The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my therapeutic approach apart is its client-centered philosophy, emphasizing active listening and respect for each individual’s unique story. I adopt a holistic perspective, addressing not just symptoms but also the emotional, mental, and social factors that contribute to overall well-being. Empowering clients is at the core of my practice, as I believe in fostering their sense of agency throughout their healing journey. I utilize evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches, which are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic thoughts. I guide clients in practicing coping skills and problem-solving strategies so they can manage challenges more effectively and build healthier emotional responses.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help cients focus on their strengths and the solutions that already exist in their lives. Together, we identify what's working well, set clear achievable goals, and build on small successes to create meaningful change. This approach emphasizes progress and possibility rather than dwelling on problems or the past.
