New to Grow
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with families and individuals since 2011. I love helping people discover more peace and connection in their lives as well as create a healthy work-life balance.I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, insight-oriented, and practical—helping you understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be focused on getting to know you and allowing a safe space to understanding your challenges and concerns. I know it can be difficult to reach out for therapy services. I am here to listen and support. I offer a safe and comfortable space to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in an effective way.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I use CBT as a core part of my practice to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck. I find it especially effective because it gives clients practical, real-world tools they can use long after our sessions end. I enjoy working with a diverse population in a very non-judgmental way. I look forward to speaking with you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with teens and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and focus on eating disorders as well as body image issues. I have worked with many individuals with anorexia, bulimia as well as binge eating disorders. I also help navigate codependent and other challenging relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have applied CBT effectively with clients presenting with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. I tailor the approach to each client's individual needs, often integrating complementary modalities such as mindfulness-based cognitive techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.
