LMFT, 15 years of experience
You're not alone in wanting to feel more connected, understood, and at peace. I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover your strength. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through relationship struggles, rebuild after infidelity, emotional disconnection, and overcome anxiety. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that blends evidence-based care with faith-based insight and holistic tools—honoring your whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're healing from betrayal, seeking clarity, or longing to reconnect, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your struggles, and what you’re hoping to find through therapy. We’ll explore your primary concerns, talk about what’s been weighing on your heart or mind, and begin outlining a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This is a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and supported as we take the first steps toward healing and meaningful change.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. With years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring both advanced clinical knowledge and compassionate care to our work together. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship struggles, heal after infidelity, and manage anxiety. As a Gottman-trained therapist, I use research-based tools to help couples rebuild trust, deepen connection, and communicate more effectively. Clients often share that they value my calming presence, holistic approach, and the clarity they gain through our sessions.
You’re someone who knows something has to shift. Whether it’s the heaviness of anxiety, the pain of betrayal, or the feeling of being emotionally stuck, something needs to change. My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are ready to look inward, explore their patterns, and create lasting change. Clients that I work with value a therapeutic space that honors their whole self—mind, body, and spirit—and may be seeking faith-integrated support alongside evidence-based tools. Whether you’re working to heal after infidelity, strengthen your relationship, or find peace within, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
