Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University–Kingsville. I have over four years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward emotional wellness. Let’s work together to help you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to your true self.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you — not just your challenges, but also your strengths, values, and goals. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of our work together, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. This session is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable and heard. There’s no pressure to share everything right away — we’ll go at your pace. I’ll also share a bit about how I work, and together we’ll start to outline a plan that fits your needs. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me will look like, and hopefully, feel a little more supported and a little less alone in whatever you’re going through.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, one of my greatest strengths is building a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I bring a warm, compassionate presence to every session and strive to create a relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I take a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, recognizing that your background, identity, and life experiences shape the way you view the world and yourself. I honor those experiences and work to ensure our time together feels empowering and inclusive. My work is collaborative and tailored — I meet you where you are, whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. I’m especially skilled at working with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate identity, school pressures, relationships, and the often confusing journey into adulthood. Clients often share that they feel more confident, grounded, and emotionally balanced after our work together. My goal is to help you connect with your inner strength, find clarity, and move forward with resilience and purpose.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adolescents and adults who are motivated to understand themselves better and take positive steps toward emotional well-being. My ideal clients are often thoughtful, creative, or high-achieving individuals who may struggle with anxiety, stress, or feelings of being overwhelmed by life’s demands. You might be facing challenges related to identity development, academic or career pressures, relationship dynamics, or self-esteem. Perhaps you find yourself caught in cycles of negative thinking or self-doubt, or you’re navigating transitions that feel uncertain or overwhelming. If you’re someone who values a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions, and you’re ready to work collaboratively to build healthier coping skills and greater resilience, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll focus on your unique goals and strengths to help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
