Hi! I am Karina, a licensed therapist who has also been a high school teacher for 15 years. I have been licensed since 2019, and look forward in joining you in your journey. I am here to help you feel empowered, and to guide you through your process of discovery. Life is full of doubts and questions. I am very passionate about everything that I do, and my goal as a therapist is to help in every way that I can. I believe that establishing rapport is key when establishing a connection with a client, and I will do my best to make every session comfortable and productive for you. I am here to help assist manage anxiety, depression, and any other situation that may need focusing on.
