I have experience working in groups with veterans and their families. I've worked in a school setting helping students and their families, as an At-risk/Trauma Counselor. I also work with individuals to help expand their mental capacity and enhance their overall mental health and well-being. I am passionate about people and their journey to reach their goals. Client's first session (often called the intake session or initial assessment): This is the session where I work to set the tone for a healthy therapeutic relationship. There will be a blend of building safety, rapport, and discussing assessments and goals during this session.
My greatest strength is helping client navigate through their challenging emotions and situations.
