I specialize in counseling adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety, depression and traumatic experiences.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My first session will start gathering information about you and your family so that I understand a wholistic view of you and where you come from. My following sessions will be often asked by me, "Where should we start?"

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

You will learn from me that I am always curious, searching for your solutions, and never judgmental. If you are looking for transparency you may have found the right therapist for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My goal is that you experience a connection with me. Research proves that it does not matter which modality I use as important. The main factor is the relationship a client has with their therapist. I will do all in my ability to prosper that rapport with you.
