Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am not specialized in this just some trainings. I plan more certifications later. I love the approach of changing our thoughts to change behaviors. I work on belief systems and changing perspectives to deal with the trauma.

Compassion Focused

I use empathic listening and unconditional positive regard in my approach. I work on people to judge themselves less and acceptance more.

Experiential Therapy

I like to use empty chair and experience the trauma thru guided imagery.
