I help mothers, fathers, young adults struggling within parenthood, chronic career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. As a holistic nurse practitioner and psychiatric & mental health nurse practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life.

In our first session together, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in our work together and define each other's expectations. Discuss any specific challenges you're facing currently and desire to avoid. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions and that best serves your needs.
