First session
There will not be a lot of questioning and filling out forms with me I will just be there for you the 1st visit so we can get to know each other

I have been fully licensed since 2013 in the state of Texas and really like using cognitive behavioral therapy Client seemed to respond to this the best and I will continue using this in a form of therapy along with existential therapy I use a lot of supportive therapy also
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
This is another form of treatment of you since 2013 when I was fully licensed Sometimes clients only want to work on things for a few sessions and we have to get right to it
