I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board-Certified Counselor in Texas. I am an experienced therapist committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and experience wellness in life. Mental Health is extremely important and should be properly addressed with a competent mental health professional. My clients can expect to take an active role in their treatment. For example, each client is expected to take an active role in the development of their treatment plan. The first session will be the Intake Session. The intake session will include a discussion of medical history (e.g., past and present), mental health diagnosis, family medical/mental health history, and etc.
As a mental health therapist, I am committed to providing therapy from a holistic approach that takes into consideration the unique needs of all my clients. I take each client's culture into consideration when developing treatment plans. I treat clients who are dealing with Anxiety, ADHD/ADD, Depression, Conduct Disorders, and a variety of other disorders.
I am experienced in helping clients who suffer with Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Men's Issues, Trauma, ADHD/ADD, and substance use disorders.
