Hello, I'm Michael Do you experience daily stressors from your current environment, work, or family? Do you find yourself struggling with work/life balance and you pour into others, but seldom have enough time to practice appropriate self-care? As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about utilizing a holistic approach to assist my clients. The holistic approach allows me to use multiple theories and techniques to engage individuals in their current exploration of life. I believe in providing education on the importance of wellness and the benefits of mental and physical preparedness. I will provide a professional calming environment where you will feel safe from judgment and criticism.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've had the opportunity to work with all populations such as children, adolescents, adults, and males/females. My background also includes working with children who were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. I've provided therapy for active-duty soldiers, retirees and family members. Lastly, I worked with several mental illnesses which included providing therapy for clients diagnosed with anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and self-esteem.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
