In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I believe that to heal a person and achieve wellness, it is important to treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I facilitate wellness within my practice by empowering you to make personal efforts toward achieving mental health balance and overall well-being by offering a variety of interventions such as nutritional therapy, exercise therapy, mind-body therapy, incorporating supplements, lifestyle coaching and/or medication management.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am passionate about mental health and reducing the stigma associated with it. As a PMHNP, I strive to provide compassionate evidence-based treatment and to increase accessibility to quality care. I provide a safe, inviting, and confidential space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story.
