New to Grow
I consider myself the Dolly Parton of mental wellness: all humans are welcome, being clear is kind, and, like Dolly, sometimes we all need a little help navigating life from 9-to-5. I provide therapy in Ohio and Kentucky, and I also offer holistic wellness coaching and integrative psychedelic support to help you explore growth from multiple angles. In our sessions, I tailor the process to fit you—addressing experiences, patterns, or distortions that might leave your cup of ambition dry. With a transparent, solution-focused approach, we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change that goes beyond our 50 minutes.
Once we get to know each other, I'll match techniques like CBT, ACT, EMDR, Gottman Method, harm reduction, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic therapy, and experiential methods to create a personalized plan that feels just right. If we focus on coaching or entheogenic integration many of these modalities are informed by specific programs, such as Being True to You and the Third Wave. Either way---do not fear! I like to spend the first session being transparent about what to expect from therapy, me, setting goals and making sure that this is a good fit. If so, we'll chat more about what you're coming in to address, and if it's not feeling copasetic I'll make sure to give you great referrals.
I know this might sound a little cheesy, but I really do aim to meet you exactly where you are and help you build the kind of tools that make me eventually unnecessary (in the best way). I want to see you thriving and not dependent on me or anyone else. I pride myself on matching your energy and finding interventions that actually work for you. We’re going to celebrate your wins, big and small, and just so you know there’s no such thing as failing at therapy.
My ideal client knows there’s something deeper waiting to be explored in themselves and the world around them. I promise to meet you with curiosity and a smile. You are curious, open-hearted, and willing to do the hard work--despite the shitstorm that might be swirling around you. You want therapy that feels real, a little philosophical (maybe even a little magical) and ready to feel it all.

We'll work to identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, behaviors or actions.
Attachment-based
We'll identify your Attachment Style and explore how this has influenced your life, decisions and actions.
Somatic
We'll use the mind-body connection to understand how emotions and trauma can be stored in the body and holistic ways to release.
EMDR
I have a certificate in EMDR, a trauma-informed care that will help reprocess and de-sensitize overwhelming and traumatic memories.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
We'll equip you with a multitude of tools to help in the every-day---this could range from breathing techniques, journaling, meditation and more.
