Ashleigh Timmons
Change doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when courage finally meets support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals navigate and heal mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use challenges, trauma, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences.
My areas of focus include, but are not limited to trauma, anxiety management, personal growth and healing, spirituality and communication/boundaries.
I believe in a therapeutic process that is both compassionate and firmly rooted in supportive challenge. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, confront avoidance, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. My goal is to help you move away from the dependencies, beliefs, and behaviors that have held you back—and empower you to move toward confidence, stability, and lasting change. Whether you're beginning your growth journey or seeking deeper healing and personal growth, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. I have training, education and experience in serving individuals and families. I work to create a safe environment through compassion and acceptance.
