Dr. Ray has worked in both community agencies as well as in higher education providing counseling and advising to college students on both 2-year and 4-year campuses. KaShanda completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Mobile, received a Master’s of Science in Community Counseling from the University of South Alabama and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Gardner-Webb University.
