New to Grow
Accepting new clients. Yes, life can feel overwhelming—whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. If you're looking for support, you're not alone. I provide a warm, judgment-free, and safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and I will assist you in developing healthy coping strategies and tools to move forward. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I work with adults and couples, utilizing CBT and Family Systems to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach combines empathy, structure, and practical tools to help you understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity. If you're feeling stuck or ready for change, I'm here to support you with compassion and practical tools. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer telehealth, as well as evening and weekend sessions to fit your schedule. Reach out when you’re ready—I’d be honored to support you on your path forward.
In your first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and start building a safe, supportive space for you to share openly. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your concerns, goals, and background, and you’re welcome to ask me anything about the therapy process. There’s no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with — we’ll move at your pace. The main goal of this session is to begin creating a plan that feels right for you and to ensure you feel heard, respected, and understood.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. My approach is collaborative and practical — I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. What often stands out to clients is how we balance deep emotional work with actionable strategies, helping them build insight and make meaningful, lasting changes. I stay present, listen closely, and help clients move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered.
I work with adults, couples, and groups who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. My ideal clients are motivated to explore their patterns and build practical tools for lasting change. While I provide a supportive space, my practice isn’t suited for severe mental illness or crises—but I’m happy to help connect you with appropriate resources if needed.
In my work with clients, I use CBT to help them identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we explore the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and actions, and develop practical strategies to foster more balanced thinking and healthier coping mechanisms.
I use Motivational Interviewing to support clients in exploring and resolving ambivalence about change. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I help them tap into their own motivations, strengthen their commitment, and build confidence in their ability to make meaningful changes.
In my practice, I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and envision their preferred future. We focus on practical steps and past successes to build solutions, fostering hope and empowering clients to create meaningful change in a short time frame.
