I know how isolating it can feel when emotions are overwhelming, relationships are challenging, or family conflict leaves you feeling stuck. I’m passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself—whether you’re working on building confidence and self-esteem, learning to be more assertive, navigating attachment or relationship issues, or feeling misunderstood. I welcome and support people from all backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who’s struggled to find a therapist who truly relates to them. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and together we’ll work on building stronger connections, finding relief from painful cycles, and developing practical tools so you can create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to work on, any concerns or questions you might have, and what you want to get out of our time together. You’ll have space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and we’ll go at your pace—there’s no pressure to dive into everything right away. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and discuss how we can work together to support your goals. Most importantly, you’ll have a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to feel heard and understood.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What sets me apart as a therapist is my ability to create a genuinely warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I’m collaborative and direct when needed, helping you explore your feelings honestly while supporting you every step of the way. I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, focusing on practical strategies for building confidence, assertiveness, and healthier relationships. My experience working with people from diverse backgrounds—including those who are neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community—means I’m attuned to the challenges of feeling misunderstood or isolated. Clients often share that they feel truly heard and empowered in our work together, and that they leave therapy with greater self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of connection and balance in their lives.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, isolated, or like you haven’t found a therapist who truly “gets” you—whether you’re neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or simply navigating a tough time—I’m here to help. My ideal clients are open to exploring their feelings, curious about personal growth, and ready to work collaboratively toward creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.
