First session
In our first session, we’ll start with a brief introduction, then dive into specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in the follow-up sessions.
Strengths
My biggest strength is helping clients adjust to change/life transitions. Change can be very stressful, especially difficult changes. However can also influence personal growth. My goal is to teach my clients how to successfully deal with change which can produce positive results such as an increased sense of self-confidence and strength. The skills taught can better prepare them for their next phase in life.
Ideal clients
I primarily work with women who are navigating difficult life transitions and emotional challenges, including divorce, breakups, relationship conflict, grief and loss, domestic violence, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance concerns. My approach focuses on helping women heal emotionally, rebuild their sense of identity and self-worth, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, recognize unhealthy attachment patterns and cognitive distortions, and navigate life transitions in a healthier and more empowered way. I integrate practical coping strategies, emotional processing, faith-based support when desired, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and their healing journey.
