If you cannot identify what you are feeling, if you cannot look inward, if you cannot provide details about what you want in session, if you cannot generate goals for our meetings, do not see me.
I don’t provide therapy that helps someone maintain, rationalize, or conceal an affair. I’m a good fit when you already have some insight into your motivations and want help executing change. If you’re starting from ‘I have no idea why I do this,’ I’ll refer you to someone more exploratory.

The first step is yours. Are you coming?
Hello, I'm Vicki.
I have been described as compassionate and intuitive and whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues I am here to help.
My methods of counseling will provide you with the tools needed for you to work through your questions and struggles. Through guidance you can learn how to create relationship skills and build upon the skills you already possess. Some of the benefits of therapy include: gaining a better understanding of yourself, learning how to handle difficult emotions, identifying underlying causes of symptoms, providing coping strategies, managing symptoms and facilitating lifestyle changes.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University, where I also minored in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. My professional background is rooted in advocacy, social justice, and client-centered, trauma-informed care.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support adolescents, young adults, and adults through deeply human experiences such as interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, racial identity, complex trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, Psychoanalytic, and Psychodynamic therapy—always held within a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. This is more than treatment—it’s connection, truth-telling, and reclamation.
I work with you to explore the unconscious roots of your present-day distress—unraveling long-standing relational patterns, internal conflicts, and attachment wounds. Together, we examine how your early experiences have shaped your sense of self and relationships, not to stay in the past, but to understand it with compassion and gain new freedom in the present. I honor the complexity of healing—holding space for ambiguity, contradiction, and growth that unfolds over time.
When requested, I integrate Christian counseling techniques—offering faith-based support if you want to explore your relationship with God and see your journey through a Christ-centered lens. Whether your faith is strong or just beginning, I use spiritual reflection, Scripture, and prayer as grounding tools for meaning-making, motivation, and healing. I aim to co-create a space where you can breathe deeper, speak freer, and begin again without shame. This is your space to show up as you are—to be witnessed in your becoming and reclaim your story.

A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.
I am passionate about with working with my clients and listening to what they want to achieve. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I specialize in helping adolescents, adults and couples navigate challenges, including relationship issues, stress, anxiety, anger management, depression, OCD and depression. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral health (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Anger Management and Trauma Focused Therapy.
I earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, I received a secondary Guidance Certification from Villanova University. I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor and have worked in a broad range of settings for over 28 years.
I believe that the best clinical practice is an evidence-formed, eclectic model whereby the therapist adjusts to the needs of the client. I strive to provide clients with an opportunity to explore their inner selves, their relationships with others and their innate striving for wholeness, creativity, and well-being. Therapy can increase overall sense of well-being, build stronger coping and problem-solving skills, strengthen one's resiliency and determination, change behavior, and build stronger interpersonal relationships.
The establishment of a trusting relationship between the client and therapist is of utmost importance to be able to work together to build a skill set to adapt and overcome life's most difficult challenges in order to create a fulfilling life. Regardless of a client's clinical needs, it is imperative to determine their support system and focus on the encouraging aspects of those relationships in helping the client become more resilient and set on a positive path in life.
Provides down to earth, common sense therapy sessions with no judgement or evasiveness. I have a holistic view of therapy.... mainly using CBT but will use other formats if that is what you need to make your life better. I care and I am invested in every person who comes to me for therapy sessions. My goal is to see my clients develop a happy and wholesome life.
I have always held a deep affection for the field of Human Services since the day my siblings came to me seeking advice for whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

Hi! My name is Brooke and I've been in the field for about 8 years. I have worked with many individuals in the past and many were successful in meeting their therapeutic goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort and I would love to help you reach the goals you have for yourself. If you're reading this you have already taken a courageous first step in healing!
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.

If you are having trouble with your children, and are seeking input and new techniques, I would be glad to assist you. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but this is the first step towards making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I will meet you with empathy and compassion in a judgment-free zone, working with evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let us work together!
