I have worked in the mental health field since I was 17. Over the years I have grown assisting my clients in many stages of emotional issues, through the use of CBT, Mindfulness, and teaching useful coping skills. I treat ages from 13 to 99. During sessions we will address current issues, along with looking into how the past has affected current functioning.
I will gather current issues you are experiencing, along with past issues, conflicts, and also what has been positive throughout your life. I will work at your pace in therapy.
My greatest strength in serving my clients is being honest, empathetic, and positivity.
I have been using CBT and mindfulness not only with my clients, but myself. It teaches positive ways to cope in stressful life situations.
