Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I received my Masters Degree from Lock Haven University. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages. I began my career working with children and families and now I work with all ages. I am a counselor, advocate, coach, and motivator.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other. I will attempt to get some background information that will be helpful in treatment. Building rapport is an important part of building a therapeutic alliance.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I like to think I'm easy to talk to. I am genuine and I believe that comes out in my interactions with clients. I'm a great coach and motivator.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm here for motivated individuals who are prepared to work to meet their goals. With that being said, I open to work with individuals who are unsure about the process or how therapy will help. I mainly use a person centered approach
