I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise in Addiction Counseling, Relationships, Family Issues, Co-dependency, Bipolar, Anxiety and Anger Management. I have been in the field for over 30 years and have worked with an array of individuals and families. It is my mission to help another individual find the path to living a successful and healthy life. I have experience working with adolescents, adults and their families. My approach is to empower you to make lifelong changes to live a healthy and productive life. This is your therapy and an opportunity for me to help guide you through your journey and find a sense of peace and happiness.
In your first therapy session, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space where you’re free to be yourself. I will gently begin getting to know you by asking about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for my therapy style. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this is simply the beginning of a relationship built on trust, care, and compassion. Just come as you are; we’ll move at your pace.
