I have enjoyed working as a clinician since May 1996. My favorite delight is to see people grow and bocome empowered to be the absolute best they can possibly be! I consider myself a navigator, helping folks thru the myriad of hardships, difficulties and curve balls that life throws at each of us. my role is very small and humble but of huge importance to the people who are suffering. I provide a safe space to actively listen, evaluate, diagnose and assist with a myriad of mental health issues including; depression, anxiety, family issues, job related issues, and addictions .
In our first session together we will sit and discuss the issues and then tailor make a plan to facilitate change.
I use a combination of methods tailor made to each client. These methods include; Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Psychoanalytic therapy Rogerian techniques Bowen family system
My main strength is to actively listen to my clients and create a safe space where they can discuss absolutely anything without judgement.
