Latifah was absolutely amazing. I started my therapy journey about four months ago and I went through two therapist before finding Latifah. My previous experiences were not good. It was kind of disappointing thinking I was going to get help I needed and work on me only to keep getting shifted around. I was going to give up on this journey, but I pushed through and thank goodness I did! My first session with Latifah I felt heard, I felt seen and I felt safe. That is what I have been looking for.
