Hi - my name's Keith Miles! I'm a licensed therapist in NJ, PA, and FL. I do telehealth talk therapy for people living in all 3 states.
I imagine you find yourself here because there is something you are struggling with that maybe you could use some support in dealing with. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps you’ve got lots of negative, self-critical, or racing thoughts affecting your self-esteem. It could be that there's aspects of your relationships and social life that you're unhappy with. Life responsibilities like work or school might be stressful or unfulfilling. Maybe you're struggling with your identity, or the heavy weight of what’s happening in our country and the world.
Whatever the case may be, it's my job to help you address it and start moving towards a life that feels more worth living. I use my experience and training to help you build insight, process emotions, gain skills, set goals, and take action.
I work with gay, queer and trans people, women, and adults of all races, ages and abilities. If you are looking for a safe therapist to be yourself with, we may be a good fit.
I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the mental load of life—constantly juggling expectations, relationships, anxiety, or your identity as a woman, mother, or both? I work with women navigating these complex roles and transitions, especially those dealing with late-diagnosed ADHD, parenting stress, and the emotional realities of postpartum. My personal and professional experiences have shown me how often women’s needs are misunderstood, minimized, or unseen. I strive to be the kind of support I once needed.
My belief in therapy is rooted in the understanding that we are always growing and changing. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, identity loss, or simply need a space where your feelings are validated, I offer a warm, empowering environment to explore those experiences without shame. I use a blend of cognitive and relational approaches to increase awareness, reshape thinking patterns, and help you reconnect with your sense of self.
My goal is to process both current challenges and past experiences to understand how they shape the present and how we can move forward with intention. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about rediscovering who you are beneath the expectations. You can be a good parent, a whole person, and someone who takes care of themselves—and in doing so, you model strength, boundaries, and self-worth for those around you.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and older adults. I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings—including inpatient and outpatient programs, schools, juvenile detention, family-based services, universities, prisons, and private practice—which has given me a deep understanding of how mental health needs evolve across the lifespan.
After seeing how limited access to care was in rural Pennsylvania, I became an early advocate for telemental health. Today, I offer both virtual and in-person counseling, giving clients the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for them.
Starting my own practice during the pandemic allowed me to create a healthier work-life balance while dedicating my full attention to providing compassionate, high-quality care. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel understood, and support you in building the tools you need to move forward with confidence and peace.
Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and it can be quite the rollercoaster. Sometimes, it's downright overwhelming and even a bit scary. But taking this first step to acknowledge that you are hurting or in need of support, well, that's courageous. In a world where seeking help isn't always easy, the welcoming and friendly ear I have to offer may be the support you are looking for. I am passionate about validating your experiences, encouraging you to open up, and helping challenge the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that might be holding you back. It could be the weight of school, stress from work or home, relationship drama, turning to substances as a coping mechanism, or simply navigating the twists and turns of life. And, you know what? It's totally okay to need someone to chat with, someone who'll listen without judgment and with a ton of compassion. I've worked with people of all ages and use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), reality therapy, and motivational interviewing. This is a safe space where I encourage you to share your thoughts. I'll laugh with you, be your shoulder to lean on during tough times, and cheer you on every step of the way!
Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) from Pennsylvania! I have three years of experience working with clients who are dealing with life changes. Hi, I am Tamar, LCSW, I specialize in children, families, and their contextual systems as well as with young adults and adults who present with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, parenting, and relationship and family conflict. Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.
Hello, my name is HOLLI, I came into this field to provide others with the comfort and support they need to overcome past and current trauma. I have thirteen years' experience in the field and worked with families and couples for 8 of the thirteen years. Providing clients with a nonjudgmental space and empathic listening is of most importance. It is important to meet others where they are and provide them the comfort and support to move through their own journey. I myself come from a long history of trauma and I am here to help. I offer a wide range of therapy modalities, coping skills and techniques to help process through history of events and ongoing stress that may continue to impact us daily.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master's degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and have been practicing as a counselor for over 5 years. I have experience working with individuals from as young as 4 to 60+ years old.
I understand the courage it can take to begin counseling; allowing another person into your life with the trust that they will provide a safe, trustworthy space to share feelings and experiences. I am committed to giving my all in every session. I will help you use evidence- based therapy interventions to make meaningful changes in your life.
I know that the hardest step in seeking help is finding the energy to sign up or admitting that you are ready to make a change or be uncomfortable in your vulnerability. Change is difficult but change is the only constant that I can guarantee that occurs every day. No matter what you are experiencing it is not too small or too big, because at the end of the day you are the only one in your mind/body experiencing whatever presenting problem you have and I am here to help, guide, foster, and process with you. Failure is okay and sometimes is the only place that we can truly learn and grow from that experience. I am ready and excited to work with anyone who is here to take that step. I like to make my space a safe and non-judgmental one where you can openly express yourself. I like to use a variety of techniques in sessions and tend to take a more holistic approach.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, but also provide support to adults in Florida and North Carolina. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, somatic practices, parts work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I collaborate with clients to identify and nurture coping skills that resonate with their individual needs and life circumstances while harnessing their personal strengths in supporting sustainable and meaningful growth/change.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line. It was forged through my own experiences with medical trauma and the kind of life shifts that leave you disoriented. I know what it’s like to feel like a stranger in your own life. As an LCSW and Certified Grief Counselor, I’m not here to give you platitudes or a clinical nod. I’m here to help you do the heavy lifting of rebuilding. We’ll focus on honoring your past without letting it hijack your future, creating a life where you actually like the person looking back at you in the mirror.
As a man, father, and mentor, I offer insight that’s both professional and personal. I knows that strength isn’t about shutting down—it’s about showing up. I work with teen boys dealing with anxiety, anger, or school struggles, young men facing family, friend and/or relationship issues or life transitions, fathers seeking balance, and healing. Let's talk about the problems you are facing.
Hello and welcome! Slow down and turn inward with me, if you'd like, moving beneath surface thoughts into the deeper layers where lasting change begins. Rather than staying in your head, we’ll bring gentle awareness to your body and emotions, exploring what arises at the edge of your comfort zone — like in yoga, where growth happens at the stretch point but never with force. This is a safe, compassionate space for you to feel, notice, and work with what’s ready to shift. My approach is both deep and gentle, helping you access and release what has long been held so you can live with more ease, presence, and wholeness.
I’m Dr. Zoya, a psychotherapist and counselor educator specializing in trauma, women’s mental health, and reproductive and perinatal mental health. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional weight that often comes with major life transitions. Many of my clients also carry trauma related to relational experiences, including histories of emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, or difficult family dynamics.
My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy, while also incorporating somatic strategies that support emotional regulation and mind-body healing. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered—not judged or rushed.
Whether you are trying to rebuild after a painful experience, strengthen your relationships, or reconnect with your sense of self, I will work alongside you to develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Hi, I am Tara Dickman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and obtained my Master of Science in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a tough life transition or feeling disconnected in your relationships, you have landed in the right place. I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral challenges, individual adults, couples and families. I work from a collaborative and strength based approach. My goal is to help individuals reach their highest potential by nurturing their inner resilience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change.
While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.
You’ve been holding a lot together—and it’s getting harder to keep it that way. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life or career transitions - but my focus often extends beyond a single hurdle. I also support complex mental health, including dissociative identity and schizophrenia. I'm especially mindful of stressors such as navigating the challenges of a loved one living with hoarding disorder, carrying loss connected to COVID, and layered intercultural or blended family dynamics.

My name is Brandi. I provide a relaxed environment that I was told by current clients I currently serve, and help making therapy comfortable. I am very creative in terms of interventions and talking points individualizing how I work with each client. As you will see, I specialize in multiple diagnoses and symptoms. I have been working in this field for over 20 years and tailor conversations to each individual as each client has different preferred approaches, such as wanting to be challenged as well as a softer approach; I assess each client's preference when we first meet.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
Hello. I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with over thirty years of experience teaching students and adults and children meet social and emotional challenges created by a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood Problems, and OCD. I help people overcome a variety of difficulties to gain a self confidence and a sense of relief from day to day difficulties.
I have experience as a clinician in mental health, corrections and substance abuse facilities. I am an effective communicator. I have a kind spirit and a good sense of humor and believe everyone has the ability to improve and lead a meaningful life and achieve happiness.
I don't believe in a 'cookie cutter' approach to treatment as everyone is unique. I believe in meeting a person where they are at in life. I have been a practicing clinician for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings. This has allowed me to develop a unique skillset and insight into a variety of different issues an individual is experiencing.
Hello everyone, I'm Tyisha B. Wright, Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have been doing this work for over 20 years and I show up the same way every time real, present, and invested in you.
My approach is eclectic and I work with all ages. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, EMDR, family systems, motivational interviewing, and psychospiritual integration. I also use the five senses to help you slow down, get grounded, and connect with the here and now.
I am a fully affirming therapist and welcome everyone, including my LGBTQ+ family. Something brought you here. Trust that. I cannot wait to meet you.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time only Friday appointments are available. Any new clients scheduling on Tuesdays will be asked to reschedule.

A balance of empathy and practicality shapes my clinical work. I integrate evidence-based techniques with authentic, real conversations. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we work together to build insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie.
