My greatest strength as a clinician is my ability to help individuals break down tasks that initially feel overwhelming into manageable, achievable steps. I work closely with clients to identify the specific challenges they face and develop a structured plan that reduces stress and fosters a sense of accomplishment. By simplifying complex tasks and creating a clear, step-by-step approach, I empower clients to take meaningful action, build confidence, and steadily progress toward their goals. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize this evidence-based approach to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to identify negative thought patterns and develop practical strategies to reframe them, ultimately fostering healthier behaviors and emotional responses. My goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges, promoting lasting change and overall well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In my practice, I integrate mindfulness-based therapy to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and develop a non-judgmental attitude toward their thoughts and emotions. By incorporating techniques such as mindful breathing, meditation, and body scanning, I guide clients in becoming more attuned to their internal experiences. This approach helps clients manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges by fostering a greater sense of calm, acceptance, and self-compassion. Through mindfulness, clients learn to break free from automatic, negative thought patterns and respond to life’s difficulties with greater clarity and resilience.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients who are navigating change and seeking personal growth. This collaborative, client-centered approach helps clients explore their own motivations, values, and ambivalence toward change. By engaging in open-ended questions, reflective listening, and affirming their strengths, I help clients tap into their intrinsic motivation and build confidence in their ability to achieve their goals.
