I use the newest advances in neuroscience to heal emotional pain, anxiety, trauma, depression and PTSD. These issues cannot be solved with TALK THERAPY as recent research has found that the emotional pain of past events is stuck and resides within your body and nervous system. Adrenaline is flowing through your system which is keeping you anxious. Research shows that we have to remove the trauma from your body-mind, reduce the adrenaline/cortisol, and only then activate your conscious medial cortex to "reframe and rethink" the issues. First we heal the body, then we will heal the mind.
