Welcome! Take a breath — you're in the right place. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, but it’s a powerful first step. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply craving a space to feel seen and heard, I’m here to walk alongside you. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just come as you are. Whether you’re facing a life change, dealing with stress, or just need someone to talk to, you’re always welcome here. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences affect your well-being and what might be holding you back from the life you’re longing for. I bring warmth and clarity to sessions, working collaboratively with you using evidence-based techniques to support your goals. Together, we’ll process challenges, build skills, manage symptoms, foster self-growth, establish healthy boundaries, and create a safe, supportive space for your journey. Starting therapy is a brave step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you. This space is for you — to feel heard, supported, and empowered. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about connection and comfort. We’ll create a welcoming, supportive space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. I’ll guide you through the intake process—learning about what brings you in, your background, and your current challenges—while answering any questions you may have. Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and what you’d like to gain from therapy, setting the foundation for meaningful, supportive work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a balance of warmth, authenticity, and practical tools for real-life change. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, while also offering structured, evidence-based strategies to help them move forward. I often integrate approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and to build effective coping skills. Clients frequently share that they not only gain insight in our work together, but also leave sessions with a clearer sense of direction, increased confidence, and tools they can use in their everyday lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. By building awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, clients learn practical coping skills to manage stress and navigate life transitions more effectively.

Eclectic

I use an eclectic approach, combining techniques from different therapy styles to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll find strategies that help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help you explore your goals, uncover your own motivations, and overcome ambivalence. Together, we’ll identify the changes that matter most to you and create a path forward that feels achievable and empowering.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build practical skills for coping with life’s challenges. Together, we’ll focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and effective communication to create balance and lasting change.

Compassion Focused

I use Compassion-Focused Therapy to help you cultivate kindness toward yourself, reduce self-criticism, and build emotional resilience. Together, we’ll strengthen self-compassion and create a gentler, more supportive inner dialogue that fosters healing and growth.
