I’ll ask a few questions to get to know your background and understand your goals, and you’re welcome to share at whatever pace feels comfortable. We’ll also review how therapy works and what you can expect moving forward. Most importantly, this is a safe, confidential space where you can begin exploring your thoughts and experiences with support and without judgment.
