I’m Brittany Nair, LCSW-C, and for more than 15 years I’ve had the privilege of helping people through life’s challenges. While I’ve worked with clients across all stages of life, my focus now is on adults seeking support and healing in life's challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with empathy and insight to support emotional wellness, personal growth, and lasting change.
In our first session, my goal is to really listen and get to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin to identify what’s been weighing on you and explore what support looks like for you. You can expect empathy, understanding, and a safe space where you don’t have to have everything figured out.
