I am a compassionate and dedicated trauma-focused therapist specializing in helping individuals heal from the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, or helping couples work through their trauma together to strengthen their relationships. Helping navigating life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, and the stressors that can often feel overwhelming. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to process and recover from difficult experiences.
In our first session together, I'll tell you more about what our sessions will look like together and I'll get a detailed history of your life. Then we'll talk more about what you would like your life to look like, and we'll set goals to help you get there.
