My name is Leslie Dalencour, I have been a therapist for over 20 years. With over two decades in mental health and nearly a decade in private practice, I bring a holistic, integrative approach to well-being through sound healing and holistic and somatic therapies. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a long-standing practitioner in the field, I specialize in blending traditional psychotherapy with body-centered modalities to support lasting resilience and inner balance.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I will often give you a brief description about myself. We will then go over paperwork and I will often ask you questions in order to get to know you.
